Among the rolling hills and ponderosa pines, just 20 miles southeast of Denver, is the town of Parker.  According to popular legend, Parker can trace its colorful history to the establishment of the Pine Grove Way Station around 1836. As a stage stop and later railroad depot, it was a Denver outpost. Today it is still a Denver outpost, located in the heart of "horse country" it is the home of many equestrian centers . For those seeking a horse property Elizabeth and Kiowa feature acres and acres of Colorado Vistas.
In downtown Parker, the Parker Station, a commercial center with offices, shops and restaurants, is on the site of the original train depot. Known for its trademark five-globe streetlights. Parker has 20,000 residents and is continuously growing.
The Parker area offers a wonderful Colorado Urban/Rural lifestyle with a wide variety of housing choices. Single-family homes, ranch properties, golf communities and many subdivisions with new homes.
